The recent changes made here in Ops and Experience are incredibly demeaning and not what any of us want or should be doing. I have said since day one, when they rolled out the change/update, this was being done so they didn't have to pay out any more severance packages. So far, I have heard of close to a dozen or more people who have either left or given their notice already. I honestly hope that if there is another layoff, I'm included in it because the stress of this is unbearable. It was the stupidest decision they have ever made but they want people to leave.

Of course they are going to, but not lay you off, force you out by demeaning you.
