Has anyone heard any rumors about an early retirement package being offered?

There’s no retirement package besides the employee discount card and the 401K
other than your 401K CVS doesn't have a retirement program
The last Aetna ERP drained so much brain power (this was prior to CVS buying Aetna), that some areas of Aetna never recovered from it. I dont know if CVS side historically had ERPS, but it appears that CVS isnt in to them for that reason.
There are many Aetna boomers near retirement age and there will be a brain drain regardless of if they come via layoffs, ERPs or retirements. Couple that with not being able to get good front line staff in most of our call centers the future is murky.
They won't do this because they can't control who leaves and could leave some areas devastated.
