Wow….. I don’t think they violated any rules? What gives?

A company can contact layoff.com and request a post be removed and Layoff complies to avoid frivolous litigation. Two key words GF requests post removal are Atul & Union.
This definitely feels like a collusion cover up effort to suppress thus type of talk and activities. HR & layoff.com working together?
Let's be real, GF would rather lose 5mil a day shutting down Fab9 than unionize. Was told by a second level if we did strike they'd pull the office folks to run tools. (the same people who refuse to come online already, unless it has to do with a little project their doing). Yeah I'd like to see them run tools. Caste system at best
ARGH this makes me want to go all in.
Every time someone says we’re lazy or tells us to stop whining makes me want to call a union rep myself.
Anyway good luck, brothers. It’s almost December, so layoff season is soon upon us.
Yea all the union stuff gone.
I have reason to believe that TheLayoff.com doesn’t want to be a platform for unionization, but could be wrong. There were a couple good back and forth, but I’m not sure what was so bad about them.
