Boeing is offering a 30% pay rise based on a 2008 wage, a pay cut in real terms. Ever considered that?

Torn between two lovers. Feeling like a fool.
The company is NOT taking advantage of the union. They litrerally CAN'T take advantage of the union.
They have a contract.
All the company can do is make OFFERS.
The union members have to vote on them for them to be accepted. In specific cases union leadership can accept them on memberships behalf. But that leadership was elected by the union membership.
So, if you are mad at the company, you are more brainwashed than I thought.
Planes that crash, stranded astronauts, Boeing is a total mess. It is very sad.
Is Boeing a good plane, or should we get the other brand ?
