To no sleep/stressed: I was like that once, working for another big bank. Took a major pay cut in another city just get out. I thought of the pay cut as an investment in my health and career, and it paid off. Yes, reduced expenses and went into a bit of debt, yes lived away from my family for a short while. Required the support of my family and friends, but the doors that other job opened were with it. Once I considered my health as part of my compensation (which I sadly was forced to do), the whole world changed. It pretending to equate my situation to yours, just sharing an experience. Good luck with your search.

Really tough job market. Particularly in banking right now… believe me, I’ve tried getting out.
Oh yeah- and the Truist in my resume is not exactly opening a bunch of doors
