Back your claims with evidence if you are going to fear monger about furloughs

ey everyone,

I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter recently about potential furloughs within BNSF. While I understand that uncertainty can lead to rumors, I’m asking that we refrain from spreading fear unless there is actual evidence to support these claims. If you have legitimate information or a credible source about furloughs, please make that source known. If it’s a whistleblower situation, at least give some context on their rank or position within the company.

Speculation without proof only creates unnecessary anxiety. Let’s stick to facts and ensure we’re not adding to the stress by spreading unverified information.

January is coming and be post like this comes out trying to prevent whoever leaked the information from putting out more, even though whoever it maybe, from putting out more information, although they were right twice all the way down to the preventing the last furloughs from getting their raises and time in July. While the numbers are creeping up to what was originally posted, the information was super accurate, which is quite a difference from fear mongering. Trickle numbers still add up. As the company has continued to axe FLS hoping they might get lucky and get the poster, I think the OP is well up in the upper brass. So if this post is the company putting pressure on the leaker in hopes of ego potentially getting a reaction that may identify who they are, all I can say is good luck weasels, treat people better, quit furloughing, bring workers back, and maybe, just maybe, the company might get some decent feedback. Until then, kick rocks

You mean give up yourself or source knowing the company is monitoring the page, and has shown a willingness to smoke employees for uttering truth that they didn’t want to get out or before they can put their spin on it. You can pound sand, if the company wants a better public perception they can treat their employees and families better. Why don’t you put out your position or name with the company, until then sit your weak, brown nose, need to look good to the company tail down. You can sit on your fear monger comment on rotate.

Shot your mouth, the lost two times there was furloughs who ever said that it was coming the uppers were denying it and it happened, the last one on July, it happened to me with many years with the company abs at the beginning I was bleeding orange, even my family, then the past 4 years everything was evident that it was going down with all the poor decisions they made, look around at all the shops on the system it's a shell of what it was back on 2006 or even 2014. SO NO FEAR JUST FACTS AND THANKS FOR THOSE WHO ARE BRAVE AND GIVES A HEADS UP.
