He made the comment that he found these constant reorgs comical. In the Yammer link of the replay, that comment was edited out. I guess when you’re the Golden Fu**ing Boy, Big Brother has your back when you say the quiet part out loud.

Let’s just say that this re-org is the most poorly handled I’ve seen in my 20 plus years here.

For crying out loud. He is an EVP. He is not some hapless hostage in all this. All I see is him avoiding accountability and trying to distance himself from the current disastrous reorganization that he is obviously a part of.
What he actually said was that it would be comical if it wasn't so tragic or something like that. I actually didn't mind the comment because the conversation he was having was actually bucking the party line by saying that constant reorgs don't make us more competitive at all.

I saw it live and cringed. I figured that’s what he thought but didn’t think he had the audacity to say it publicly. So much for “respect for other people” as a core value!
I didn't see it and am not in DW, but I know he has control over some of the reorgs. Is he doing these for his amusement?
