B-m g.e.d union reps, they deserve to be living under i5 with the rest of us. They really don't know how to negotiate

The union is going to file mu---r charges against Boeing now. Boeing is going to have a hard time getting out of this. Ha!Ha!
I agree, we the citizens should have a vote.
But the union did not allow a vote on the second offer. Did they do it the wrong way, yes.
But denying us a vote based on a technicality and further denying it after having another couple of weeks to look at it is sort of the opposite of a vote.
I would have still voted no, but that's me. But not being able to vote rubbed me the wrong way.

Telling the news they were "cut off" from insurance. Except, that is a benefit of working at Boeing. They aren't working. They were also cut off from salary, the cafeteria, and the company gym.
Telling it's memebers Boeing isn't negotiating, when they have made 2 offers, one better than the other, and the union has not changed their position at all.
Telling your members you have their best interests at heart, while you pay them $250/week (sometimes, some of us having been paid yet and have spent more time at the union hall and on the phone than we have anything else) while your union leadership takes in dues from 33k people and lives in luxury.
It would almost be funny if it wasn't so sad that you are so easily duped.
You claim Boeing manipulation (which is true) but you are also being manipulated by the union as well.
It's been 4 weeks w/o pay, which means a 30% GWI over the next 4 years is really 28% now with your losses.

Wow, the union gets called out for doing the same thing Boeing is doing.
Both Boeing and the Union manipulate the message and the media. Somehow they thought they were immune.
But that's not the worst part. The worst part is the malpractice of the negotiating team. Or should we call them the demand team since they have done ZERO negotiation.
Negotiation by definition is a give and take. Boeing has shown they can make an offer better (even if they didn't do it right). They union has shown its only proficiency is repetition.
They have made the exact same demand from the beginning. That is not negotiation, that is a tantrum.
