Paramount is in no way a champion of a safe working environment. Bad behavior is rewarded repeatedly.
When the number one news program is caught editing content to favor a political candidate, as Hillary would say, what difference, at this point, does it make. Besides, news is a loser when people know the content they're getting is meant for a sub 70 IQ.
If Skydance can bring in Jeff Shell, why not Les M? He knows how to create great content that runs forever.
