Another useless call. I wish we were treated like adults in this reorg process. This is not an audition for an Oscar movie so no need to act and give us the facts, share at least a "semblance" of a timetable for the end of the year, and that's it. We are big girls/boys here we don't need to be cuddled and there's no need for smoke and mirrors. Hey, tell me I got 1 more month and that my package is on the way and that's cool; just don't make me sit through another useless meeting to promise me another imaginary role.

Heard more managerial jobs to be cut. More of SVP's and VP's who purely do people managerial tasks.

Divide and conquer is the new strategy. Have you noticed that many staff meetings are cancelled at the last minute? Managers want to keep workers isolated so that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Citi is toxic.

Why are you so surprised. That’s the only way they know how to operate. Disgusting management roles ready to pounce on you if you ask any questions, claiming they don’t know any more that what they’re telling you. Beware of what you say during staff and 1:1 meetings. Although decisions have already been made by now, those remaining will get hit hard on next round. Management is your worst enemy.
