Blatant misrepresentation by a Ford employee who has never worked anywhere but Ford, as has never incubated any successful business nor developed a successful product.
Now they are trying to erase their actual performance record. Peter Stern should be aware of this overstatement of ability and under delivery on promises. Just one problem of many that needs to be fixed.
FYI if this is from LinkedIn, remember that the people who post their resumes and titles are grossly inflated. It's like profiles on dating sites....someone posts a picture of a themselves as a 25 year old hottie, but the reality is they are an overweight, ugly 40 year old twice divorced hag.
It’s likely Stern doesn’t want his resume investigated either.

Eh, it's where you promote yourself. Everyone is gonna put their best spin on their experiences. Not much to see. Sounds like you have a personal issue with this guy unrelated to LinkedIn.
The ones that inflate the most are usually the blow hards at Ford that accomplish the least. The real talent is so busy working they don't have time to play politics at work. Too bad our Sr leadership is so narcissistic they don't see it. Which is why our management ranks are full of toxic id--ts that only worship the sound of their own voice.
