I'm at a competitor now. When I was at Dell, we always kicked this competitor's butt. But now, that is not the case and it is surprising to me. Dell's decline seems to be self inflicted.75

Maybe Dell AI is so advanced it uses advanced AI to take on AI workloads to accelerate AI. So one Dell AI can process a lot more Ai and maybe customers don't need to buy more Dell Ai PCs because of AI performance and AI efficiency. Once RTO powered by AI kicks in AI office energy may launch us into the AI future.

Not all PC makers had a decline, mainly the ones who laid off a bunch of people. Once you start laying off people and treating employees like garbage no surprise many stop giving a care
