Stellantis CEO plans major management changes amid rising pressure

Will the efforts be made to fill NA brand execs and NA Execs positions with US executives who know the markets and brands like Jeep well rather than somebody from LATAM and Europe?

Yep, looks like it's someone from LATAM taking over as COO with no experience in the US market. Gonna be a fun ride!

It needs to start with ceo change.

The rest of this sh-tshow is solely related to ceo forcing cheaper parts (now cheap interiors coming soon) on the super expensive and overpriced trims and vehicles.

This issue is 100% upper mgmt ineptitude but it starts with Tavares who now only has yes men/women left since all good execs have left the company.

He has to go. The company won’t survive if he’s kept until 2026.

Most of the US brand execs have actually left the company over the last few years. They probably realized how much of a mess this was. Carlos just backfilled with someone from Europe or LATAM.
