…why are they still hiring?
What is going on here? The mixed signals are exhausting. How much longer do the Landmark employees have?

I know this is not good news but the so called postings of new positions/growth are “ghost posts” that are never intended to be filled. It is a way to string employees along with a sense of security while the Corporation rids itself of a group- may it not be your group. It is cruel and unusual. Good luck and remember, this corporation is messed up, not you or I.
Landmark in Michigan is set to close 2026. We were informed on a 15 minute call Friday that we are no longer going to have the contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield as of the end of 2025. We had a 15 minute meeting Monday that said we were no longer going to be engaging new patients then after that 15 minute meeting on Friday popped up stating that we were going to be no more as of 2026.

This is helpful information in this post. Instead of feeding people the lies that upper management does that we are safe…meanwhile they have lost Bcbsm and other programs. They stop the outreach dialer daily, there are constant changes, there is a reactive approach to every decision, we are now leaving the voicemails that would have normally received a prerecorded voicemail…just so so we can appear to have work. When people are brave enough to ask managers what is going on…it is left with answers that do not answer the question… we are not even going to start on the gaslighting….Bottom line….NO ONE IS SAFE. If you pay attention to the signs, there are usually always signs a layoff is near, most people notice it In hindsight.

I'm not sure why people keep saying that Landmark is going down. People really need to stop with rumors and share helpful information.
Let’s investors think it thriving— all lay offs have not been openly spoken about to any media source. They are the epitome of scammers
The company hires, then turns around and let the new hire go, all the time.
There was a position for a Senior Care Coordinator about a week ago, but that’s gone now.
Have you seen open positions for anyone other than providers?
