Actually heard the same for ISG Services and Talent/HR. Multiple sources have said the Sales thing was because almost nobody there who was Hybrid was following the 3 day in-office mandate. It is also a warning to the rest of the that they can pull the rug out anytime.

i can't comment on the other stuff as i dont know but there is definitely layoffs on the 21st. i dont expect it to be like the august bloodbath, i only know of one mgr who is waiting to tell their person that theyre being let go, so have no idea on how widespread or all impacted bus
Is this the same Higher Up that has been saying no Layoffs, Layoffs are over etc..... If so perhaps you need a new higher up.
