It seems that AI is being tested and vetted on a more simple level than just tech. It stands to reason, if AI can hammer out some seriously accurate code, surely it can be well suited to replace HR. Generating requested forms and paperwork, answering deeper level questions with more intelligent chatbots, being used to record and transcript and draft summations of conversations, initiate requested HR changes and so forth.
Surely Citi can leverage this and save a ton of money by getting rid of the bulk of HR and replacing them with AI.
