Has he done anything strategically for this corporation besides invest in DEI projects? His continuing of past policies to outsource everything possible to lower labor costs has resulted in failures, failure to provide services and failure to successfully implement automation that lowers operational costs. In fact the dev-ops initiative has cost billions and hasn’t quantified an ROI. I stopped listening to him 2yrs ago, I work from home so I can skip his communications and my mgr can fill me in as needed!

The only thing you can rely on at Optum is reorgs and layoffs. In other words, while you are there, manage your own career. Take the position as a resume bullet and educate yourself for your next gig.

Well I think after paying the 80 million dollar bribe/blackmail/hacker’s fee, which is now being taken out on the front line staff and middle management, I think he may have realized we don’t want to hear his lies anymore

They boo boo crying they want it thrown out cause it does not reflect the excellent customer service you can experience while wasting most of your day trying to get someone to answer a question correctly.
