16% raise will be sufficient, but we need it all “upfront” !!!

You will be served a sh_t sandwich as usual. Our two Unions are weak at best. Our reps are company hired buddies.

With all the big money aerospace is going to be making I think the only logical thing for all would be some profit sharing like our brothers and sisters at Ford share in.

We are doing so well that they will create a problem before contract. Then solve it after the yes votes are in. Classic GE.

To answer your question it will be a lot worse than we have now. Why? I think because people are financially uneducated these days and have a very hard time with basic arithmetic. Living in the moment and not thinking of the future.

Well if the international uaw from Detroit come down and fight like they do for the auto workers we may have something, but I feel they just want the aerospace workers dues money. I have no faith, the company knows how to bargain to get that 51% yes vote.

"Our great union will tell us on the first contract offer that this is the best they can do. We will then vote yes. Then the officials won't do anything but F-off until the next one."

Well said...This is exactly what happens every time

Plus a withdrawal of two payed vacation days for three unpayed. It sounds like a win to me. Vote yes before the first offer😁

Increase on insurance, 401k stays the same, no raise, overtime after 40 hrs worked, eliminating double time, and a $1200 signing bonus divided into 2 accelerated cash payments.
