By the time they learn about the plant they moved to another site. This seams like a high risk strategy. What are the real reasons?

Not working well. Numbers don’t lie. And our refining numbers stink. We need new perspective from the outside. Refining leadership is just more of the same, with a gentler approach.
We need a different one here in Borger.
We’d take anybody.
So their bad choice sc--w ups don’t come to fruition before the next cycle
He went from "pushes people to do better" to "borderline abusive" a long time ago. We lost a BTL, an AS, and how many STLs and engineers because of him?
He pushes his team to be better and holds people accountable. Real terrible guy.
From another site — what’s wrong with the Billings ops manager?
If only they could move Billings ops manager sooner rather than later.
It’s called grooming to be a plant Manager. Don’t want to promote within site, so they don’t create a Buddy system. Move to a new site with fresh Eyes!!!
It’s a good thing.
Only downside is for workers at a site that don’t want to relocate. So they will never be Ops Managers. So sometimes you have so so options
Who’s moving now?
