This insurance plan is a sick joke… or is this their plan to get all of the US employees to jump ship so they can outsource without paying severance?

Vitori Insurance is a very super terrible company that I ever had. They only to pay 10% to covered and I had to paid around 80% of the medical bills. It just really awful experience with Vitori since they claimed- takes about 7 months to send the bills. I wasn’t happy about it and very limited places to accept their insurance. I am very happy that I left the employer and got a better insurance policy with my current new job now. I highly recommend for not have Vitori Health. They are terrible and awful services.
As someone using cobra for Cigna, I reached out to 2u HR and we will be receiving something in the mail for options with new insurance - but Cigna continues for the rest of 2024.
Here are some reviews about Victori on Reddit, not good. https://www.reddit.com/r/HealthInsurance/comments/10jizia/vitori_heath_insurance/
Is it changing immediately or is this for 2025 open enrollment? How will this affect laid off employees still in COBRA, will they also have to switch?
Thankfully I switch to better insurance offered by my new employer, but they don't offer dental so I'm still in COBRA for the Cigna dental insurance.
They’re not going out of their way to keep u.s. employees eh?
