Usually these coincide with a layoff, would be close to the term from a 10/17 layoff....

Is the town hall an Optum wide one or specific divisions? OBC just had one yesterday.
Layoffs, Town Halls and Surveys - is that all leadership can do? We just re-orged and you send another survey within 30 days to rate Leadership? The office chair is not even warm yet. This time I will tell you what I think in that survey and it will not be good.
