Will layoffs be done after tomorrow or should we worry about more? Does anybody have any info on it? I'll admit, I didn't expect this at all so the announcement came like a major shock. I'd like to be better mentally prepared if more rounds are announced any time soon.

Was just layed off today . Was very cold.
Help us all ! As we were told in HR to work from Home Monday and Tuesday and not come into the office and stay Strong 🙃! As we will get phone calls on Wednesday to let us know if we still have a job. This Company SCE Has destroyed so many lives and careers and loss of lives and people homes from the mis management and so many other factors. And they keep getting away with it. The Plug should be pulled ON SCE and full investigation of the upper mangers and management and held personal responsible!
We were told layoffs will begin in HR 1st and 2nd week in April. But have heard rumors that we are in for a big blow and supposedly going to start next Wed. Nothing like playing games on us.

How about a RIFF down at San Onofre? Yes, there are several SCE positions at San Onofre at the now defunct nuclear power plant. Just a bunch of clowns living off the SCE fat.
Lost a huge chunk of T&D Managers on 10/7-8 (from the list I see, it’s those with the years of experience + higher salaries).
SCE is definitely going for the 10% mark of reductions.
Except it 1 quarter of 2025. Start looking now. Get your resume polished and don’t make big purchases.
We were told at the corporate office that the layoffs will continue until June 2025. 🙂↕️
I was told by my manager that next year riff will impact the rest below manager levels so to do really good and make an effort to get good pdp scores as we also will be evaluated. She said it might happen sometime in March of 2025
Leadership happening now and individual contributors will be in March!
