Duh! Mason does this every year.
Hire all these college graduate to ”get new business”
Find the ones they like the best and su-k up or look hot.
Fire everyone else for not performing. Even though they did nothing to help those reps.
In 2 years the hot girls get creeped out and leave or they love the “flirting” and become a trainer.
Rinse and repeat.
Agree. They have started to question their new sales division. They will be an internet only company in the end with no sales reps that are paid by commission. Besides the fact that they're so unliked by the important people. The groupies that go to their shows are looking for free pens. That's not a great gauge of likeness.
sooooooo. there’s talk of more layoffs?? mason pulled this before and laid off 200 the week before xmas.
i’m on the hunt for fiscal data and all the data i see supports this conclusion : mason’s business is down and still has not hit that 2 b number . if i were anyone left here, ild have my resume on the streets today .
