Getting rid of hardworking employees so that upper management doesn’t take the “hit” is a common theme in this place. It’s not the employees fault to follow instructions after being told to keep producing, just for it to not sell well, and now everyone that worked hard to get to the goals is upper management’s scapegoat. What a load of BS.
