Failed leadership for hurricane in the state of Florida

Our division VP and regional directors have failed in their roles as leaders to make a decision waiting until 3 o’clock 24 hours before a category five hurricane hits just so you can get that last-minute sale is disgraceful and dereliction of duty. no time to prepare your house no time to evacuate. a few years ago. Winn-Dixie did the same thing and they got sued and guess what the employees won.

Prem Shah evacuated by private jet. But you workers had to stay at your store.

People are evacuating for what might be for more than a week. They need access to refills. Unfortunately, the pharmacy is subject to local state and federal laws regarding access to care. If you were evacuating and needed medication you would be ecstatic that the heros behind the pharmacy counter were willing to make that sacrifice for as long as possible

Until Florida decides if it dies to declare an Emergency which it has not and probably won't nothing CVS or anyone else can do.

Agree with you 100%. Unfortunately all CVS cares about is keeping the store open as long as possible. Which of course means employees get shafted. The sad thing is that if they could keep the store open during the hurricane, they would. These field leaders have no heart.
