First to come will be RTO or resign. Then PIP under-performers and fire. If headcount is still too high, you might get VSP or layoff.

They aren’t going to do VSP. They are still forcing attrition and threatening ALOT of sales people with PIPS. The goal is not to pay severance but still trim headcount for the end of year call to shareholders. VSP would be the opposite of the plan.

nice thought, but I highly doubt it. They would have to pay you to leave and that is not what they're about right now.
