Ah, there it is. Was waiting for the same person yet again to show up, whining about DEI, using coded, dog whistle language, and complaining about perceived slights. Don't you have anything else to do all day? What a loser.
They do put people first, as long as you're a person that works for an overseas IT firm. What a disgraceful posturing shithole. All their trainings about ethics, heart at work, DEI, amount to nothing but blatant discrimination against their own country and people.
