People need to leave not just Comcast, but the entire telecom world. For almost two decades, this industry has been brutal on employees. There are so many better options out there if you are willing to take a risk. I did and I've never been happier. Just some friendly advice from a former coworker.

Get rid of engineering asap. The customers don't use this high speed. The price of the internet is way to high compared to the very old 20Mb plan. Most people don't even use 20Mb speed much. The incresing engineering is getting taking the whole businuess down into bankrupcy

Which field did you go to that's better?
Comcast is NOT a real telecom.
