what are the benefit cuts for c&p?

really deep cuts in C&P - alot more than they let on and in many Depts that cant be done from GBS office in Pune either. This really caught alot of people off guard including Line Managers. And huge cuts to benefits to those that remain...And sadly Leadership and even Managers are silent and non-present even at weekly meetings. There is no leadership giving new Direction, assurance or to even to build up morale. Rudderless leadership at its very core.... so weird bc people laid off are all working until next year often thru July 2025. As you can imagine morale is low, motivation is low.

It’s a complete bloodbath in the US corporate office.

Aware of some deep cuts in c&p…the day to day support has almost been completely axed. Very little acknowledgement from a management perspective of layoffs at this time ( including line managers). My sense is they do not know their future either. Anyone else experiencing the same?

MCA Americas for sure had that change. Any updates on layoffs this week? Its surprisingly quiet here for this being the big hammer week?

Which group is having these changes?

Yes - one group does have that permanent change. I haven’t heard of others.

Can other people confirm those benefits reductions in USA? And is it permanent, or just temporary? If permanent then I think it's a sign that the company wants to "convince" people to leave on their own -this way no severance package would need to be paid

Reduction in benefits announced. Lower 401k match, lower pension, retirement medical benefits eliminated. Expect to see the same on your side of the business.

Murray was at WL today and when asked if he was here to join Orlando's meeting on Thursday he said no he 'just popped in for a couple of days' now that's a bunch of bull...

@adt+1uSiEAW5 that is exactly what should happen because have you ever seen such a bunch of incompetents being so richly rewarded. Notice how the company is having to backpedal on the 2030 net zero target from the former mor*nic CEO.
