Layoffs for Operations??

How likely is that BT layoffs will affect operators at the refineries at Phillips?

Work is already kicking off. BCG has been hired by new head of HR and they are at Ponca already.

2025 market predictions would point to additional cost cutting.

There shouldn’t be any layoffs in Operations, or Maintenance for that matter, because they are constantly hiring due to retirements, resignations, terminations, and promotions.
It’s rare for a group to have its full complement of team members.
This being said, who knows what the CEO might decide to do. In the short time he’s been at the helm he’s made quite a few blunders.
I’d even go so far as to say that never in the history of the world have so many mistakes been made by a company as have been made by this one since the start of Transformation.
