Voyix will continue to layoff support people, admin people, and IT people. Dispatching, managers, and account support as well. Part people, logistics will also be hit. The entire company will run over seas, any job that can will be replaced by cheaper labor. Techs are not even all safe, contractors along with call reduction driven from remote access support , and contracts written differently to have the customer replace things and different response times and repair times. The equipment is also better, which means less work cause things don’t break, cash use continues to decline, just need a working pin pad….. an$ they are getting better as well.bin the end it’s a dying business that is not easy to mak3 money doing. We all know NCR could never run an efficient company. All said, VOYIX is going to not make it to its second year.
