What do you do when a verbally abusive customer targets you, and instead of having your back, your boss just throws you under the bus? Especially in situations when the customer is clearly in the wrong, and your boss knows it. Then, he expects you to just brush it off and move on as if nothing happened. I'm about ready to tell him off and just walk out.
