Thread regarding CVS layoffs

There’s no transparency at CVS, hence all the rumors.

If corporate was transparent about everything going on, then there wouldn’t be all these rumors floating around. Just be open and honest about things going on, and the state of the company, and you could very easily put all these rumors to rest. The fact that senior leadership refuses to be open about things only speaks to the fact that maybe some of these rumors might be true.

CVS leadership used to do the town hall the same day as earnings, they would address the investors in the am, and the company in the afternoon. They gave good updates on what was going on, and how bonus was looking. The green or yellow jackets were corny, but the needed info was provided. At some point Larry stopped doing the town halls the same day as earnings and that was the beginning of the end.

Seems similar to government issues with lack of transparency and leadership. So much media spin or radio silence/MIA from leaders it is hard to know the truth and what is really going on. It feels like something big is up with government, healthcare, tech, investments, etc. Seems like potentially dark times ahead.

Yes, thank you for stating the obvious. There's already been multiple threads in the last couple of weeks complaining about the lack of transparency and poor communication.
