We're having layoffs practically nonstop! This is inhumane. I understand every job comes with stress but Optum has taken things to a whole new level. We're no longer working here, we're just waiting for our turn to be laid off. I don't know a single person who is not worried about their job all the time.

Do you get the feeling that they are now allowing this fear as they want people to quit instead of terminating them so they don’t have to report the massive RIF to investigators or other officials? I just assume any action on their behalf is a corrupt one I guess.
A paycheck until we find something better or get let go… if you are with Landmark the layoff is just a matter of time. The culture itself points to a sinking ship.
