Should we warn them or just let them figure it out for themselves?

Wasn't he the CEO pushing woke diversity instead of meritocracy and doffing a female subordinate? Which resulted in being fired? . On top of the fact his business results were terrible? You gotta wonder about the judgement of any company that would hire him after that history.
Doesn’t he have enough money yet?
BK was so...used to telling people what to do and when to do it...that he feels helpless and is getting back to doing that. Family at home are not listening to his needs...hence needs new set of direct reports.
Value Destruction example so why does he keep working? apparently there are no other candidates for the c-suite!
Cerence is doomed!! If thier stock is publicly traded- sell sign flashing!! This mo--n, B.krazy shd be in jail
"We should warn them anyway possible. there is no need to allow a San Jose State failure and psychopath to ruin another company."
Are you the same person advocating for a union? Dude. Tke off the cape, and bite the bullet. You'll be fine once you pivot to finding another opportunity
We should warn them anyway possible. there is no need to allow a San Jose State failure and psychopath to ruin another company.
BK should have completed his Intel mandatory training to know he can't date a subordinate. Look where his ignorance led him. 😃 It seems the training is not mandatory for the leadership team even though they claim it is! Another lie exposed.
I wonder how much of Intel's money he spent on his subordinate, aka his mistress.
what a fall for bk. i feel no sympathy for him. a sc-mbag. went from running 1 of biggest companies on planet to $185m market cap company. why does he keep working? its embarrassing.
Fresh pool or reports to bone
Failing upwards should never be normalized. Bookem, Deno...
DEI KING
No one gave us a warning so....
whatever happened to the "insider trading" class action suit cuz BK allegedly sold his shares before meltdown/spectre was publicly disclosed?
How many more reports can he bone on the company dime?
"Krzanich is a seasoned executive with a track record of success at global public organizations."
Really? Is that why he moved from a company with $70B revenue to one with $50M?
"Before CDK, Krzanich spent 36 years at Intel, including as CEO from 2013 to 2018. During his tenure, he led Intel into emerging areas ranging from cloud computing and artificial intelligence to autonomous driving as the business scaled from $52 billion to more than $70 billion in revenue.
The company also reaffirmed its fourth quarter fiscal 2024 guidance for a net loss in the range of $32 million to $28 million on revenues between $44 million and $50 million."
Don't they check Wikipedia before hiring CEO's?

I feel sorry for those at Cerence. BK has a track record of destroying companies for his own financial benefits.
Clearly he faked his resume
3 strikes and he’s out.
Strike 1 Intel
Strike 2 CDK Global
Strike 3 …
CDK Global
On November 7, 2018, Krzanich was announced to be the new chief executive officer and president of CDK Global, replacing former CEO Brian MacDonald. In July of 2022, Krzanich stepped down from the position and Brian P. MacDonald was appointed acting President and Chief Executive Officer.
Wonder how long til be brings DB on board to "help" him
This is great news! It means that any ex-Intel employee can still get a job no matter how much they su-ked.
Quite a glowing review from Cerence for the guy who dug the hole Intel will never get out of.
