"Innovation" is always a joke.
That’s pretty insulting to janitors and doormen. They actually do the jobs they’re paid for.
The ELT simply aren't experienced and it shows! These are people who if they weren't working at TD they would be janitors or a doorman. Somehow they've hoodwinked people into a high role at TD thinking they have the skill or talent. But it's evident they don't.
How do you know that CSMs are affected - I always hear that there are too few of them? Btw: I think most of them are really useless - same like MH - as most of them have no idea about TD/Vantage
It’s the whole pack of incompetent ELT who have failed to build a vision and the path to grow in future. I wonder why TC left earlier this year, he knew the revenue is declining and worse days are ahead.
