Everyone knows that layoffs are coming for all companies. For us, the next major layoff is next spring. Just relax and enjoy till then
Don't fool yourself into thinking there are no layoffs. Layoffs are coming! The cuts won't stop coming until the actual workers are reduced to the point of recognized inefficiency by the executives. Bloated, inaccurately job titled, incompetent middle management has tricked the executives into keeping them through several rounds of layoffs by changing titles, cutting actual workers in their place, and rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, but the deception is about to come to an end.
