Thread regarding CVS layoffs

With the end of the year approaching

Ask yourself this:
Do I trust this leadership? Do I see a good future for myself here?
Once you answer them, start looking for a new job (since I'm certain not many will answer with a "yes" to either of them).

Go to Ethics line and write your issue. Make sure to include your full name, , Employee ID (A Number/CVS Number), Home address, and the contact information. Give a one week. Wait for the good result.

Example Answer: Organization decided to discontinue your position. You will receive a severance and can apply for unemployment after your severance pay exhausted. Good luck to you.

Moral of the story: Complain if you want to lose your job.

Then why waste time coming here to complain, management does not care and neither do most of your co-workers. Invest the time in finishing up your resume and enjoy looking for a new job, you will find other companies do layoffs, don’t care about their employees and most won’t even hire you.

Yeah I tried that last year and got one job offer that overall wasn’t better than what I’d already gotten at CVS. Good luck out there. It isn’t easy.
