Many of you believe there is fearmongering going on about supposed layoffs in 2025, but you are fooling yourselves if you haven't picked up on the trend and financial downhill performance.. stop pretending that there is no evidence for massive layoffs for 2025.. it is happening regardless.. get ready and don't make any large purchases..

Boycott CVS Products
Out of 300k ,max 20% of team is non-customer facing.So 3k out of 60k is 5%. Press release sets narrative in such a way it is 1% out of 300k.This is correct if it is done in all dept. I believe it is 5-10% in IT and business .
CVS employs 300,000 people. 3k people were let go. That's 1% of employees. Get a grip. 1 person out of 100 lost their job. The other 99 are still here. Histrionic much??? I think we are losing sight of the big picture here. Every major company in America has layoffs routinely. Aetna and CVS have always done this. Welcome to capitalism.

Ok, enough already. More layoffs may happen, we get it. There is nothing anyone can do to control it. These constant posts don’t help anything.
This is so true. It is unfortunate that people who are left behind believe that this layoff was performance based (it was not, several of my rock stars in the team were let go) and they are top performers, and if they remain top performers they will be safe in next layoff!
