Is Akash really a good leader? He rose to the top fast then we’ve been in a constant roller coaster using cost cuts to prop up EPS all while cutting the same promos he was awarded with. Was he really good or just good timing? Seems like his decisions never yield a winner. What an imposter
@3ray: You think it has not been tried earlier? But problem is that the leaches can't stop leaching.
Before the Q laid me off in 12/2023, I noticed a few red flags:
- Reduced Workload: Your workload suddenly decreases or you’re not being assigned new projects.
- Lack of Communication: Your supervisor or colleagues are less communicative than usual.
- Increased Focus on Automation: If there is a push towards automating tasks that were previously done manually.
Q should offer high titles a payout to leave.
Every layoff the pyramid becomes more and more inverted.
Not the time to look for tech jobs. Everything happens in cycles. Since 2015 layoffs a huge number of Q folks went to Apple and Amazon/Lab126. A few went to Google. But nows the time for companies to enforce RTO and what not. Need to wait for next hiring bo-m.
They should follow Amazon’s rule of cutting down managers
