The company has weak leadership and too many layers of management. Outsourcing and micromanagement have resulted in an inferior workforce. In addition, Exxon is struggling to compete in the market as it lacks both vision and direction. With leadership focused on greed rather than growth, the future looks bleak.

This to k price has less to do with DW or management choices and more to do with the wars going on. Our stock follows the price of oil not management brilliance
ExxonMobil has become shareholder focused. Look at the stock price.
Shareholders only want dividends and share buybacks, and that is what ExxonMobil is delivering.
