they don't need to check badge scans....they can tell whether you're in the office or not based on your IP....

Seems Badge access is also being disabled after 90 days of non swipes

CST is 3 days in the office for hybrid and 4 days for full time. There is a push for scanning your badge when you arrive and when you leave.

Surgical could be preparing for the Thanksgiving RIF "failure to RTO rules" could be also used as "just cause to terminate" IDK tho

Med-Surg is getting pushed to re-enter employee models in workday(maybe everyone?). Seems the push is put people at “in office” rather than hybrid which is technically 4 days a week in. Management is looking at badge swipes to see who isn’t hitting the 3 days a week for hybrid and 4 days a week for in office.

Tuesday.Wedesday,Thursday the standard RTO is what I heard, but I'm onsite 5 days a week, No real official info as it does not affect me.
