What kind of BS is this? We get a lousy 2% raise and Sam's club is giving their associates. Under 1yr = 3%, 1-3yr = 4%, 4-9 = 5%, 10+ = 6%. Looks like I need to transfer before it goes into effect in November.

I work at Sam's and I did get a 6% raise last week because I was over 10 years and below my cap. I'm now capped at $26 an hour. I will get a yearly bonus instead of a raise unless the cap is raised again in the future.
