Does anyone have any insight on Online Business Managers being impacted in the upcoming WFR? We already went back to the office but that's no job guarantee.

They need OBMs to continue to pass the messages of change out to the non email readers and provide feedback to change managers.
just my two cents: there are now more obm’s than in the previous orgs, so that could be a bit concerning, but there are also a lot of things to cover, so I wouldnt be at the moment worried about it.
