I think you'll need to wait for more information from Billy as per his email last Thursday. He states more communications about remote workers will be coming in the coming weeks.
it is possible because up high can decided where any role shall reside based on business need. Firms have told folk who, with approval, relocated during the pandemic that the role must now reside back at the corporate campus. Not implying it will happen here.
They can't dump the remote employees till q1 when all the new hires have finished training. Our isn't leader said they were hiring right now for q4 start date. Q1 when they finish training is when they dump the remote people. Help end the year with the good employees and all the sh---y new ones can learn on the job the first half of the year and hope they know what they are doing enough for end of year 2025 lol
I find it amusing the same people who supposedly have inside knowledge of Oct 21 have not provided any concrete answers about what’s happening to remote workers.
