No new buyer or renter. Inventory increasing even if not listed.... this trick is not effective.
@1myv you mean wait for next chinavirus after 15 years when rate drops to 0%, and home prices appreciate again? Good luck with that🙃😉
All tech jobs from bay area are RTO now. Bay crowd is flushed out of San Diego market. Rents and prices shall drop drastically to bring expectation in line with San Diego salaries. There will be small count of transaction with outsize bay or china money but it will not help prices for other homes.
They will su-k up for next 15 years like what happened in 2005 - 2019. Home prices took a long time to recover.
People took a risk at being landlords and realized investments are subject to risk? Hopefully they sell and not hold on.
Not renting - unsustainable market value... rental and selling
