Does anyone know if Landmark First is going to layoff more employees in April?

Well we all know we will be known as Optum at Home as our official name but it remains to be seen if we all will be working for them. So yes the LM name is going away but that's always been the plan.

What market are you referring to regarding the 2025 M&R benefit book that excluded Landmark?

Soooo. We all know LM is going away by 2025 when they bought & said we would bare a new name. Are you all that worried the program is shutting down completely?

Recently saw a 2025 benefits book from someone with UHC M&R. They are losing LM benefit and it will be taken over by another company called Amwell which offers 24/7 Telehealth availability from nurses, NPs and MDs. Sounds a lot like LM1. Pretty bad sign IMO

The work environment is so chaotic. It almost seems purposeful, to make you want to quit. Everyday there is a new change, another health plan we aren’t scheduling, getting dumped with more duties and fake calls to have work to do, management lies as to why we aren’t scheduling some health plans instead of being honest. I honestly think most of them don’t know. I have checked out. I’m tired of the lies and BS. I’m working until I find something new or I am let go, whichever comes first.

I'm glad I left. Now, I'm just looking forward to salty NP tears when it happens to them. Listen up! Some of you are a disgrace to the field and that's being polite.

Might be a sinking ship on 12/31

No way of know that, but they’re losing at least 2 more contracts (in addition to the ones mentioned by the other user.)

So for LM do we see a massive RIF on 10/17?

Today we were notified that Tufts and HPHC will no longer be using Landmark, unknown wind down date. Which insurers will be next to drop Landmark? It’s only a matter of time before Landmark/OAH will be all UHC patients and some algorithm will determine it is not profitable enough for them. Will be keeping my resume current.

Current employee. It’s definitely on its last leg. The work day is pure chaos. Leadership has no idea what’s going on, but they lie to us on a daily basis. There’s more that I can’t mention here, but it’s only a matter of time…
