Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Not JUST Boeing factory issues

It’s not just that Boeing needs to what articles are calling “ factory floor culture” which impacts the direct assembly of aircraft’s, but it needs to change the design and engineering oversight side of the house also referred to as the Profesional side of the Union. Being engineers have been brow beaten into keeping their mouths shut regarding issues with implied threats of career impacts. The environment is beyond toxic. Wait until it’s SPEEA Professional contract time in 2026. Investors beware.

The Lean environment has never been good for employees. It's all about using people up for the betterment of the stocks for the rich upper class. By the time you realize you have been manipulated it's game over.

You think it's bad there...you should see GE aerospace. Their Lean culture is nothing but pushing every single part they can out that door. GE Aerospace will be the next boeing. Hourly employees shouldn't have to keep managers FAA compliant.
