Looks like the US IT hub will be cut to the bone. Leaders pondered outloud how we can still function with so many cuts then asked those of us being cut to act positive until we r let go.

We already know the cuts in Step 1 and Step 2 are deep in the US. Did they give new information on cuts for what they are calling Phase 3?

The way IDT expanded rapidly was the leaders wanted promotion and they just hired people to build the team without realizing they are the cost not the growth engine. Need cut more leadership positions to cut the branches.
There is something crazy going on in IT these past few years. If you don’t say you love the ideas of the managers you are labeled negative.There is no safe space. Give your job to India and don’t complain!!!
