If you take a WFR package, what options do you have with a class-action lawsuit? Can you participate or do you forfeit this option by taking a package?

class action suit for all the data breaches.....now hat's a different story...
Class action lawsuit for what? Unless you personally have a legitimate and clear case for discrimination, just take the money and walk.
Take the money and don't look back. They are paying you to leave a sinking ship.
Usually you release claims and liabilities when you sign off on a package. Not a lawyer, so consult a real one if you are serious.
