WFR package

Any lawyers in the house?

If you take a WFR package, what options do you have with a class-action lawsuit? Can you participate or do you forfeit this option by taking a package?

Class action lawsuit for what? Unless you personally have a legitimate and clear case for discrimination, just take the money and walk.

Take the money and don't look back. They are paying you to leave a sinking ship.

Usually you release claims and liabilities when you sign off on a package. Not a lawyer, so consult a real one if you are serious.

What’s the basis for a class action lawsuit? The company is going through restructuring. If you get a package, you may want to consult a lawyer if you think you can get more. That is it.

The Dell page on this site is the most active with the most ridiculous posts. Seriously, no you're not going to win any lawsuits, if you're offered money take it and move on with life.
